How the guarantee works:

With the 30 Day test drive guarantee you are able to send the box back within 30 days after receiving it. If you are still unsure but want to test out the a Button Box, you are able to do just that.

Our packaging is chosen to let you experience the feeling of the buttons was well as the look and feel of the Box without actually opening it.

Two ways of testing the box:

If you decide to not keep the box in its unopened state, you can easily send the box back and receive a refund - excluding the shipping costs

If you decided to open and test the Button Box on your PC and later decide that a Button Box is not something for you, you can easily send it back and get a refund - excluding the shipping costs and a service fee for testing and repackaging of the box

Since the Box is opened, there will be a service charge to test if the box is in good condition. Any additional damages or self-inflicted damage will be deducted from the refund amount

Result of using the guarantee:

  • 30 Day unopend testing - full refund exluding shipping costs
  • 30 Day opened testing - full refund exluding shipping costs + a inspection and restocking fee of 25%
