At first I wasn’t sure if it was worth the money... but once I used it, I got it. The switches feel better than anything I’ve used before. This isn’t just a button box it makes me want to simrace :D
wasn’t sure if the X1 would fit my Sim-Lab rig, but with a few spacers and longer bolts, it mounted solid. No flex, no issues. The buttons feel great, the encoders are responsive, and the LED lighting really pops. It’s now a permanent part of my setup

Ich habe am 21.07.2026 einen Artikel bestellt, der als „sofort lieferbar“ gekennzeichnet war und bis heute auch weiterhin so beworben wird. Trotz dieser Angabe wurde meine Bestellung über einen langen Zeitraum weder bearbeitet noch versendet.
Nachdem ich zunächst mehrere Tage keinerlei Informationen erhalten hatte, musste ich selbst aktiv werden. Über den Kundenchat erhielt ich erst nach etwa 1,5 Stunden eine Antwort. Später wurde mir von einem Mitarbeiter erklärt, dass es aufgrund interner Umstellungen zu Verzögerungen gekommen sei. Für diese Erklärung habe ich grundsätzlich Verständnis – solche Situationen können in jedem Unternehmen vorkommen.
Problematisch war jedoch die anschließende Kommunikation. Mir wurde zugesagt, dass meine Bestellung am darauffolgenden Freitag versendet werde. Zusätzlich wurde mir als kleine Entschädigung ein Stickerbogen versprochen. Trotz dieser Zusage erfolgte jedoch kein Versand und auch keine Versandbestätigung.
Ein weiterer Kontaktversuch über den Chat blieb ebenfalls ohne zeitnahe Reaktion, sodass ich mich erneut per E-Mail melden musste.
Besonders enttäuschend fand ich außerdem, dass meine zwischenzeitlich abgegebene kritische Bewertung entfernt wurde, anstatt das eigentliche Problem zu lösen. Ich hatte sogar vor, die Bewertung nach der persönlichen Rückmeldung eines Mitarbeiters anzupassen. Dass sie stattdessen gelöscht wurde, hinterlässt einen sehr schlechten Eindruck.
Mein Hauptkritikpunkt ist nicht einmal die Verzögerung selbst, sondern die mangelnde Kommunikation und dass konkrete Versandzusagen nicht eingehalten wurden. Wer Artikel als „sofort lieferbar“ anbietet, sollte diese auch zeitnah versenden oder seine Kunden zumindest proaktiv über Verzögerungen informieren.
Luis hat hier aber scheinbar andere Prioritäten, wie beispielsweise diese Bewertung hier wieder zu entfernen.
Tolle Box und super schneller Service auch Monate nach dem Kauf. Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität der GT Masters M5 ST.
Der Support hat sehr schnell auf meine Anfrage reagiert und konnte mir bei meinem Problem kompetent weiterhelfen. Ich bin mit dem Service sehr zufrieden und kann ihn auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Der Support schrieb mir innerhalb von 3 Minuten zurück und half mir das Problem zu beheben.
