Try your Button Box at your own setup for up to 60 days. You may unpack it, connect it to your PC and use it under normal conditions before deciding whether it is right for you.
How the 60-Day Test Drive works
The 60-day period starts on the day you receive your order. If you decide not to keep the Button Box, you can return it within this period.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. If you return the product after the statutory withdrawal period, the following voluntary guarantee terms apply.
Your refund
For a return under the voluntary 60-Day Test Drive Guarantee, we refund the product price you actually paid. The original delivery costs and the return shipping costs are not included.
There is no fixed inspection or restocking fee. Normal testing of the Button Box does not result in a flat-rate deduction.
Condition of the returned product
Please return the product complete, including all supplied accessories, and package it securely for transport.
If parts are missing, the product has been damaged beyond normal testing, or cleaning, repair or other reconditioning is required, we may deduct a reasonable amount that reflects the actual loss in value or the actual work and material required. We will explain any deduction after inspecting the return. The total deduction will never exceed the product price you actually paid.

Hi, ich bin Luis, Gründer von BoxOneRacing – und selbst Simracer.
BoxOneRacing ist aus eigener Erfahrung am Rig entstanden. Ich habe angefangen, Button Boxes zu entwickeln, weil ich für mein Setup kein Produkt fand, das die Funktionen, Materialien und das Schaltgefühl vereinte, die ich mir wünschte.

Von der Fertigung und Montage bis zum Versand und Kundenservice findet alles in Deutschland statt. Jede Button Box wird mit viel Liebe zum Detail von Hand gefertigt.
Unsere Button Boxen wurden ausgiebig auf Sturzfestigkeit getestet. Die verwendeten Kunststoffe sind auf hohe Wärme- und Belastungsbeständigkeit ausgelegt.
Wie schließe ich die Box an? Brauche ich zusätzliche Software?
Die GTM‑M1 ist Plug-and-Play: Per USB anschließen, Tasten im Spiel belegen und losfahren.
Bei Modellen der X‑Serie kann SimHub erforderlich sein. Die jeweilige Produktbeschreibung nennt die Anforderungen.
Liefert ihr auch ins Ausland?
Ja, wir liefern weltweit. Die Versandkosten werden dir im Checkout angezeigt.
Wie lange dauert die Lieferung?
Die Lieferzeit hängt vom Zielland ab. In der Regel dauert die Lieferung 1-3 DE und 5–7 EU Werktage; bei Lieferungen nach Übersee können es 7–16 Werktage sein. Weitere Angaben findest du in deiner Bestellbestätigung.
Funktioniert dieses Bundle auf einer Konsole?
Nein, dieses Bundle ist nicht mit der PS5 kompatibel. Für Assetto Corsa Competizione bieten wir eine eigene PS5-Version der GTM‑M1 Button Box an. Wähle im Shop unter „Plattform“ eine passende Button Box aus.
